As shown i cleared every candy multiple time but dragon didn't show up again in the whole level and when there's no dragon shown how can i just pass it anywhere so i went out of moves please look on the bugs and glitches of the game

Thanks so much for the report, and sorry this happened to you as well. This is a known issue. It has already been reported to the studio, and they have said the fix is underway.
Unfortunately, if the bug occurs, the only thing you can do is replay the level. In most cases, the bug does not occur on the second try.
