That answer is a stock answer from a computer @Rio16 . What you need to do is reply to these automated emails until you receive a proper answer from a customer services advisor. They do exist still, I believe, but usually only contact players who repeatedly reply to the automated emails. We cannot help you here in the community as we are all just players like yourself. I suggest you press the "reply" function on that email and restate your case, be brief and to the point, try to state the date when your gold suddenly disappeared for example and make sure you include your Player ID so that they know who you are. Player Support can check your purchase history and should know what gold you had at which moment in time, and they should be able to check up what happened to your account if they do reply. It will take a few days and they do not usually work on Sundays.
