Sorry that happened. You would need to contact the company you used to make the purchase. Google or Apple they would be the ones to issue a credit. I have used Google on another game and it was easy to get a refund. I don't have iPhone or iPad but the would probably have no issue with refunding your money.
Oops. I need a refund on an accident purchase in app ! It was a large one!
