I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to find the milestone banner in your profile. I will gladly provide more information about this.
I would like to assure you that this is not an issue but instead please note that special bonus features like the banner in the game are not designed to be there permanently. To help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio tweaks and introduces features every so often. As such, they need to thoroughly check these, so these special features may become unavailable just as is happening now.
