If you're sure something's off and you didn’t spend them, the best thing to do is contact Player Support so they can take a closer look:
Open the game app Tap the gear icon (⚙️) to open Settings Tap the “?” Help Center Choose a topic and scroll to the bottom to find “Contact Us” Fill in the details and if you remember the amount of Gold Bars you had, include that too!

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
