Game says I am not connected to the internet I have checked connections seem okay, but how would I know? Get no rewards can get to App Store to buy any? This has been going on for a year

In which event did you experience this issue? Does it happen in all events or one specific event? How long this issue has been going on?
By any chance, did you save a screenshot where it says "connection issue"? If so, can you please share a screenshot of that message?
