Stuck on a level (19096)

I've been stuck to this level for so long now, that is the first time I'm thinking to stop playing this game and Ive been playing it for years. There is literally no way to go through that without golden bars and I cant even win golden bars in the game anymore cuz for that I need boosters, I dont have boosters either. CC is not really that fun anymore
