Candy Crush is not that kind of game. It won't change, so you might want to find a different app to play. There are so many out there I'm sure you'll find something that provides what you are looking for.
This is not going to happen. May I ask you why you would think a company should pay you when they are in business to make money? If you know a game that does that please share. I would love to play for pay. As far as socialize with friends there's a few of those available already.
