Candy royale got reset after winning 4 levels

I got candy royale normal version. Where you win 8 level you get some gold bars. I completed 4 levels(8289) and took bathroom break. I came back and clicked on play button my candy royale was reset to level 0. 😡 Nowadays this game frustrate me a lot. It's one after the other. Feel like i pissed off king or someone, seems they personally took interest in my account to mess with my game.

Ps - please don't ask to contact support team basically they are useless. My daily treat machine isn't working for more than 80 days. I contacted support team via app, mailed them four times but all I got was automated reply.

The only reason I stick to this game is I don't want to be a failure half way. I want to see this game through the end.
