Hello King Support,

My game suddenly froze when I was about to finish the final level in a 25-level winning streak. I had 90% battery, no overheating, and everything was working fine until it became completely unresponsive. I waited a long time but nothing changed, and I couldn’t do anything except close the game — which made me lose the whole streak and the reward.

This was really disappointing because I had worked hard to reach this point. My account is linked via Facebook, I’m playing on an Android device, and my in-game name is Yenmy.

I hope you can check this and help me recover the reward or offer some kind of compensation.
