Why does Candy Crush keep closing down and stalling put

Ever since the Windows update I have been having trouble with playing Candy Crush. The games keeps closing, stalls out, won't load . I have been playing this game for over 5 years and I have never had this problem. What gives. I have rebooted my computer and uninstalled and reinstalled Candy Crush 6 times but nothing works. What is going on with Candy Crush.
