Why am I not receiving any bonus on failed level anymore

Have you ever had ads in your game or have you never had them?
If you've never had them, you need to wait and might just get them at some point.
If you've had them at some point but not now: Have you purchased anything in-game like lives, moves, gold bars or boosters using real money or a giftcard before your ads were gone?
If yes: your ads are gone. No one knows for how long. Sometimes forever, other people here got them back after half a year of not spending anything.
If no: just wait. Some people got their ads back by waiting.

In any case: there is nothing you can actively do to get them (back).
