Same thing happened to me. Now I have 0 bars and zero response from “Support Team”
If you start to play a new game of Candy Crush from level 1 and do not save the game you cannot take the gold with you when you do log into an existing account after playing a few episodes. When you log into an existing account both the gold balance and the level progress will be exactly as it was when you last played that account, as your progress and gold balance is saved on King's server.
