Daily treat machine isn't working

Hello. My daily treat machine isn't working since March 9th. I've contacted support via app several time I only get automated response. Only once I got reply from ana, still my issue isn't resolved. Normally daily treat machine shows timer but mine shows days. Starts with 45 days and run downs to 0 days and again starts over. I'm tired of not getting any answers.

Can somebody take a look. I would be happy if I get boosters for the number of days i was unable to earn due to some problem.

I've cleared cache, my game is up-to-date, I'm using Android mobile to play. I've forced stopped game, logged off and logged in, played a couple of old levels, new levels. Nothing works. Hoping to get a solution.

    Hello @Kevin_ . Yes i received mail, where I'm advised to uninstall and reinstall the app. I'm not going to uninstall and reinstall my game. I'm at level 8584. I must say those 8000 levels are torture. I cannot pass these levels without boosters.

    So there is no compensation for those days where the daily treat machine is at fault? Though I did not get my issue resolved here, i truly appreciate you taking your time for looking into this issue. Thank you.
