And Mr. Dragon is out to prove it as he zips himself up in a Vault Suit to survive the brutal, blasted world of Fallout, making himself at home overseeing one of the many underground Vaults constructed to shelter the survivors of a vicious nuclear war.
To maintain the morale of all the Vault Dwellers under his care, he concocts his own variant of Nuka-Cola to share that'll make anyone think of the Candy Kingdom! As a happy-go-lucky dragon, he possesses significant levels of Strength, Charisma and Luck, if his Pip-Boy readouts are of any indication. But will that be enough to help him survive the Wasteland, should he dare to venture out?
