Why is it that the game is showing?

TThat I am 700+ levels behind where I actually am bit it shows all the 700+ levels that I have already completed?? As long as i scroll through those 700+ levels I can get to where I am but everytime I get off the game it starts me back those 700+ levels? I did get a new phone but my game is linked to my email and Facebook. So I don't understand..
