My game doesn't load advert for me to get extra moves. What can be done about it?

Ads are still a testing feature! Hence, only the players that are added to the test groups will receive Ads for various functions (lives, boosters, extra moves, etc.,)! If you do not have the Ads, you might not have been added to the test group yet!
But, no need to worry! Please make sure to regularly update the game App as well as the software on your device, and also make sure that there is at least 2GB free space on your device to have enough room to receive any new features!
Other than that, there is nothing we can do as players😕

Are you not getting any advertisements in your game OR you get the option to watch the Ads, but when you try to watch, "Ads not available" pop-up will appear?

It says that I can ask for a new link in the game through my King account but this is impossible and support can't help me with it so the only way must be to delete the king account…

HOW and WHERE do you request a NEW link to verify your email address when the old link has expired? I have been waiting for over 48 hours but nothing is happening. I know you can play the game even if your email address is not verified, but it is very frustrating not to get any answers on how to do it.
