up to date app freezes, causing me to lose rewards, lives and time. It closes. Apps run 28 seconds totally grey screen. Its getting worse all the time

To find the version number —> Go to App Store - in "Search" area, enter Candy Crush Saga - once the results pop-up, click on the game name (but not on "open" tab) - scroll down a bit and you should find version number!

I haven't seen any other complaints (yet) about this issue! I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team directly from your iPhone to receive assistance.

HOW and WHERE do you request a NEW link to verify your email address when the old link has expired? I have been waiting for over 48 hours but nothing is happening.
