Dear Candy Crush Support Team,
I recently completed a level in Candy Crush and was offered a reward pack that included the following for 20 minutes each:
Unlimited Lives
Color Bomb Booster
Party Booster
Unfortunately, before I could claim the reward, my phone turned off unexpectedly. When I reopened the game about 30 minutes later, the reward screen was gone, and I did not receive any of the 20-minute boosters.
I worked hard to complete that level and was really looking forward to using these time-based rewards. I kindly request you to review my game activity and let me know if it's possible to restore the rewards or provide compensation.
