This is one of the older levels which was written before the super charger. A double super charger colour bomb combo would lead to this board, but the dragon can still be saved with a hand switch, so it is possible to get out of this situation easily if you want to keep your win streak: Use a hand switch to move the dragon to the portal on the left.
