Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. Iโm really sorry to hear that this contest experience wasnโt as enjoyable as it should have been, and I completely understand your frustration.
Our goal with these contests is always to offer something fun, lighthearted, and open to everyone, no matter their language or background. But we also recognize that when rules arenโt clear or responses are delayed, it can take away from that experience and thatโs something we truly regret.
I appreciate you pointing out the confusion about how entries were counted. Youโre right: the rules could have been worded more clearly, and we shouldโve done better at communicating and responding quickly to questions. Thatโs on us, and weโll take this seriously when planning future contests.
Your feedback is being shared with the team, and weโre looking at how we can improve things, not just the rules and judging, but also how we support players during the contest itself.
