Refine the Inbox with two tabs

The Summer Cup has just ended, and I took the 1st place with 200 Gold Bars for the rest of the year. However, on Wednesday, July 2, I did not receive them after pressing the Claim Now button. That makes it a missed opportunity, you know.

To fix the problem, I want to see the inbox split into two tabs:

• Gifts: This is where you claim rewards (Gold Bars and boosters) from certain events. The Claim All button can be used to claim all rewards at once.
• Requests: Incoming friend and life requests appear here.

These messages disappear after a period of time has passed (usually 30 days).

When the event ends, the message will show something like this: "Claim your rewards from the Gifts tab in the Inbox!"

Since they started, each and every event that rewards a monthly gold prize has failed to deliver the gold to all of the winners @Nobody1

For the first few years QueenB would help out and ensure that the winners that complained here received their gold. Last year something changed and QueenB stopped that support and told people that complained about not receiving their monthly gold to contact Player Support.

Due to the limited (?) number of people involved as winners of these events I am not sure a coding change could be made to work.

I just wish King would learn from their previous mistakes and fix this recurring problem. When the same complaints about missing monthly gold rewards occur after every Event it just makes me suspicious of King.

This seems like a great idea which could greatly improve the game.

Depends I suppose, in my opinion the Inbox has nothing to do with the gameplay.
