Not receiving boosters with purchase

I'am not receiving my boosters when I purchase gold bars and this happens every single time. I want my boosters from every purchase that I made or my money back. This isn't fair, I've played this game for many years. Please respond as soon as you can. Thank you

Kohls ads not working.
