Reward train issues

Why am I not receiving the reward train when I pass the level? It's happened 4 times in the last two days and the fact that I pay for extra moves when there's the train reward is not nice at all.

Events come and go for players and sometimes they are glitchy. Make sure your app is update and try rebooting your device :)
