how can I get the Sweet Cinema?

Hello Honigtiger there is nothing you can do to force any feature of the game to appear in your game. Each and every feature of the game is assigned to players randomly and this means you either have a feature, or you do not.
Currently not having a feature you would like means you might receive it in the future, but it also means you might never receive the feature you would like.
Conversely if you have ever used real money to purchase a booster package for your game then you will never receive the Sweet Cinema in your game.
