I have not been getting my 20 minutes of free play for a few weeks now even though I continue to beat the train express.
Hi @mstbear62 when you say you do not receive the twenty minutes of unlimited lives do you mean you won them but they didn't get added as a reward, or do you mean the Train no longer offers you the twenty minutes of unlimited lives as a reward?
Can you share a screenshot of your Train offer please?
Same for me! I beat the level and do not receive the 20 minutes of unlimited lives.
every time I play and win the level with the express delivery I do not get the rewards. This is the fourth time just in the past few days. I have contacted through email but it is getting stupid now. Just resolve the issue already
It's the same for me. Twice this week I've gotten screwed and kicked out of Candy Royale as well as didn't get my booster. All they want to do is ramble about updating app's and restarting phones even though they know that a lot of people are experiencing it. They're cheating us out of our legitimate wins and definitely won't help us.

I do not have the feature and attended complaints only couple of times! Hence, thought it is a new feature!
I personally also find that the train does not appear reliably. It seems quite random.
@PummyRaj the Express Train Delivery is well over a year old now.
@chance297 from all the other posts on this subject it looks like King has modified the Train so that it no longer provides twenty minutes of unlimited lives.

not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
