The issue with the new Daily Treat Machine was fixed for most mobile players after the latest update, so if you're still seeing problems on your phone or tablet, please double-check that your game is fully updated.

That said, we’re aware that some players using the Windows/PC version and a few Android users are still experiencing the issue where nothing happens after tapping "Start." The good news is that the studio is still actively working on this, and a fix will be rolled out as soon as possible to address those remaining cases.

We've had a problem with the Daily Treat Machine, and some players reported it froze when they claimed their reward.
The clever people in our studio have solved it, so please update your game to get the fix on your device.
How to update your game:

On an Apple device:

Open the App Store app.
Tap the Updates button in the lower-right.
A list of apps that have available updates will be shown here.
Tap the Update button on the Updates list or the Info screen.

On an Android device:

Open the Google Play Store app .
At the top right, tap the profile icon.
Tap Manage apps & device. Apps with an update available are labeled "Update available."
Tap Update

Sometimes things can break or not work in the Kingdom. But don’t worry, we’ll always do everything we can to fix any issue quickly, so you can get back to your game 💪

As informed by my co-Mod in above comment, this issue with Daily Treat Machine is being looked at! Please wait till the weekend is over for the fix to come in, as the Kingsters are off for the weekend!

I am having issuse with the daily treat machine also. i have left the game and went back to it and it is still not working. is there an issue with this

I updated my game the other day and now I get no treats from the daily treat machine, it’s as if it has crashed

Check Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Restart the Game: Sometimes, restarting the game can resolve connection issues and play any level and Log in again

yep - three weeks, one update on the 14th. Crickets……

It wouldn’t be so bad if it didn’t pop up 20 times a day.

The constant popping up is super annoying. I'm not playing much until this issue is fixed. I would also hope we get the bonuses we should be receiving daily given to us if this is ever fixed. Can't believe how long this is taking.

Still no play store update for CC Saga, just CC Solitaire, which is the 2nd one. Maybe a 5th grader can figure out the code to fix the problem.
