banner comes up connection issue please restart or try again later do not reinstall game. i restart my pc and its done this all day pls help

Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following standard troubleshooting steps:
- ensure you have a stable Internet connection
- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB
- clear your game cache (do NOT delete data — your boosters are stored locally on your device and will be lost)
- check for updates for your game app and run them
- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
candy box hasn't shown up in last few days
Your game has lost connection to the server. As well as restarting your PC you need to close the game, check your internet connection and reopen the game so that it will load again. Unfortunately this may not help you with claiming your prize as sometimes the "claim" button will not appear after a reload, such as in Candy Royale. It is a glitch often complained about and I'm not sure if anything can be done. In my experience the episode race prize can usually be claimed after a reload. The message "do not reinstall game" is correct and means you must not delete the app and reinstall it for if you do this your boosters are lost.
