I purchased gold on two occasions and I did not recieve them, yet my money was deducted

Hello @Davidmash no one here can help with purchasing issues as this forum is just a Candy Crush fan site. That is, everyone that responds to you here is just a player of the game like you are.
To claim a refund of your purchase you will need to query the owner of whichever app store that you used to make the purchase.
King can also help with purchasing issues and you contact them using the Help function of your game.
