I’m having an issue being able to close out of an ad after watching for a reward. The only thing I can do is close the app and go back in thus losing the reward. Any help to fix is appreciated.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the Ads in your game!
Can you please tell me which brands of Ads are causing issue or is it a different brand each time? Also, are you closing the game because the Ads freeze or you get Black screen after watching the Ad?

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
