it is not possible to pass with the amount of moves given to start!! Why has candy crush decided to make the game impossible to the point of me deleting the game?
This level used to be level 10135. Here's a video of someone passing it in 19 moves with starting boosters (they had 24 moves to start with and completed the level with 5 moves remaining). Maybe it can be of some help.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
