The level 9292 requires 27moves to be cleaned, but 25 moves are allocated. I found an old game play movie of the level. It gave 30 moves before. Sigh.
my 9292 is a sprite level and there are NEVER enough sprites to clear the level. I end with two sprites left every time but there are no sprites on the board.
