I have used up to an Extra 125 moves a couple times on 10210 and can’t get anywhere on the level! 😢

Thank you so much for all the detailed feedback about level 10210 and a special thanks to @christinewupp for tagging us and gathering everything in one place. I really appreciate the effort here.
I’ve gone ahead and shared your reports with the team so they can have another look, just in case something is off for a specific group or device type.
Christine, you also mentioned a separate thread which now seems to have vanished. I’ll look into that and do my best to track it down or get it restored. If it was removed unintentionally, we’ll make sure it’s brought back.

I am sorry I was unable to help and you had to uninstall the app to fix the problem. Uninstall will lose all stored boosters, lives and apparently the pins as well. If the Support forum was functioning as it should the recurring posts about this level should have been noted rather than deleted, which some were. I am sorry that King did not help you fix this and that this community was unable to help. Good luck with your game now and all the best!

C'est bien la dernière mise à jour qui fout la m..… j'ai trouvé la solution pour passer le niveau, j'ai désinstallé le jeu, bloqué les mises à jour automatique afin de passer le niveau par contre j'ai perdu toutes mes vies de mes amis ainsi que les pin's (dans le bandeau en bas). J'espère que ça va pouvoir aider d'autres joueurs en galère. Bon jeu

Your issue is known to me as I have investigated this for other players and my friend MannyFae even checked the level out and posted the answer. However that thread mysteriously disappeared!

There are some other posts about this level and there definitely seems to be an issue for one of the test groups that the fish do not attack the skulls on this level, which used to be level 10,209:
There was another thread about this level which mysteriously disappeared from this Support Forum, which concerns me even more. It was very much like this one here. I answered a post about it, and I tagged MannyFae to check it out if the fishes really did not go for the skulls, because in the online videos that is the what they do and it is the only way this level can be beaten. I even received a tag notification with the answer which I can still see:

This really concerns me @QueenB @PummyRaj . If this thread has been removed by the system there may be others out there who post about it but whose posts are removed before anyone here can help. Please someone fix this! It's not just this level that is broken, it is the community system of reporting it as well !!! Please someone from King help these people!
It’s the same for me, none of my fish target the skull! Must be a glitch!

Hello @hakkertje59 I did not see your original post but wonder if the level got fixed for you. I have seen another report about the fish on this level not going for the skull, which they should.
It may be that you have a faulty version of this level. Are you playing the latest update? If not, please do update the game to see if it changes the fish behaviour. There were some other posts about a glitch of the fish not going where they should but in a different level, but that glitch has since been fixed. If updating the app does not fix the problem I would recommend you contact player support via the app. Go into settings, then go to the Help Centre with the ? icon. Scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom to report the problem.

Hi @tvero61 If you are still stuck on this level please take another look at this video. The fish from the fish boppers should hit the skulls. Let us know if this really is not happening for you at all.
I checked this level and everything was working fine for me. The fish were targeting the skull. I posted my comment without any issues. Now that thread is gone.
