Hello @WealthEmily the people that appear in your game aren't your friends and for the most part do not have any choice in whether or not they appear in your game.
Unasked for contact from strangers is an uncomfortable experience for most people.
Candy Crush does not have a chat function and personally I hope it stays that way.
