Hi @Shyamala1 Welcome to the Community π€ We are all players like yourself and it's nice that you have joined us. With regard adverts, they are not a permanent feature and can come and go. Other players have said once they spent real money to buy something in their game, their adverts stopped. Did you spend real money 5- 6 months ago? If so that's why your adverts have stopped, if you haven't, you should get them back at some stage.
Re not receiving any boosters, do you have the Daily Treat Machine and the Booster Wheel. If so hopefully they are working and you are getting some boosters from them.
