when I start a new game, it starts normally, but then it stops with a screen of a chocolate present….. and then I cannot do anything…

the problem is on my IPAD, and this is updated with the latest version of IOS 18.5
When a new day starts it looks like I can play, but then this screen is on again and then I cannot do anything….
