Candy Royale disappeared in new game after first tier

Ok.. Candy Royale has been a nightmare for a year now, constantly disappearing, totally inconsistent, being given to some but not others, but this, I've NEVER experienced before. I started a new game, passed level 500, Candy Royale popped up, I passed the first tier and it hasn't been seen since. It's been 3 days. This is SO WRONG AND UNFAIR. King keeps coming up with new and inventive ways to disappoint and punish its users. This is wrong. And they need to start listening to us. I am so sick of these constant issues. This game is supposed to be fun and relaxing. It's only disappointing and infuriating. This is NOT ok.

And before someone tells me it's my fault bc my game and or system isn't up to date, save it. My game is totally up to date running the latest version. My OS is totally up to date running the latest version. In fact, King are the ones with problems when it comes to updating their game. I am running the latest version of the game according to my OS, but I am getting different versions in different accounts. Some of my accounts are running the most recent one and others are running an older one. On the same day. On the same device. How's is something like that even possible? But anyway, not my game, not my system. King. King is the problem and nothing and no one else.

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
