Daily spin wheel is missing in my events why?
It is missing from your Events because it has been moved to the map screen @Johonda16741
Checkout the right hand side of your map screen and you should find your Booster Wheel there as a widget.
Why they have done this I couldn't say for sure, but I would guess it is to do with reducing the memory requirements of the game.
You can see my Booster Wheel widget on the bottom of the right hand side column of widgets in the screenshot below
