3rd or 4th time I’ve completed a level to log back in and be told I failed it

several times now I’ve had my streak cancelled in Candy Royale after completing a level and having to put my phone away. When I come back it makes me ply the level again and then tells me I broke my streak. This is getting old, I’ve been playing for years and this is a new issue. Is there ny way to get real support?

Always make sure you get past any completed level to the next level before putting your phone down. If the game closes before the "skip to pass" sequence is complete and the game has registered your passing on the next screen then it will not register the pass. Yeti jumping up and down is NOT enough, you have to progress to the next screen before closing.
