Anyone else having any issue where you win the Express Train and are not getting you free 15 mins of play time? It has happened to me 3 times now, I reach out to customer service and never get a reply!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
