If your Facebook account was blocked and it had your game progress saved, don’t worry, there’s still a way to get your progress back!

Here’s what you need to do:

Open the game app and create a new Kingdom account using a different email address.
Once that’s done, go to Settings (gear icon) > ? Help Center > Contact Us and explain the situation to Player Support.
If possible, include the email address that was linked to your old Facebook account. This will help the team find your previous game history.
Support will then manually restore your progress on the new account.

10054 Level with a bug
I can complete everything the level requires, but I can't advance because the 4th dragon simply doesn't appear for me to capture. I've been in this situation 10 times already. I believe my level 10054 has some kind of bug. Has anyone else experienced this?
