If you just mean that you do not see any adverts in your account this is a normal feature of Candy Crush. Some player accounts get ads, some do not. It depends on which of the "test" groups you have been placed into by the game. Groups do change, so ads may appear later, but beware that any player who spends money on offers in the game will never see ads in their accounts.

* Are the ads not showing up at all?
* Or do they appear but freeze the game or crash it when you try to watch?
* Does this happen every time you try to watch an ad, or just in specific situations (like after failing a level or in the Daily Treats)?
