Hello. I installed Candy Crush on my computer via Microsoft Store and I can't log in via Facebook. I arrive at a blank page and nothing happens. And as soon as I exit it says that the connection is not possible and try again later. Am I the only one?

I'm sorry to hear you're facing this issue. Our team is aware of it, currently most players that have the game on Windows are having trouble logging into their Facebook accounts. They'll receive a blank screen or "unsupported browser" error. We're investigating the issue and trying to work on a fix.

In the meantime, if you can, please log into a Kingdom account, if you already have one, or try to play on a different platform/device.
