I was on level 7557 2 wins from winning some gold. After watching 3 videos to continue the game locked up. I had to rest it therefore loosing the pot of gold. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Next time I'm done with your game
You won't get a satisfactory answer to your problem here or from King @oldman53. When the game freezes King always blames the player's internet as the cause of the issue.
When the game freezes for no obvious reason and you lose your Candy Royale progress it is really annoying. Ultimately there is nothing that can be done though. The game freezing after watching adverts is an issue that has been going on for years and King will not or cannot fix the issue.
If you used any money to keep your Candy Royale going then it is worth contacting King for some compensation. If you didn't spend any money then King will just fob you off telling you to check your internet.
