I don't work for King so I can only advise you contact Player Support, this is the usual way to get some compensation of there is a glitch in an event.
You do have the new levels now? If not, then that would explain why you have not received your reward from the Star Tournament. Make sure your game is playing the latest update.

Hello @3135322260 Sometimes the game is a little late to give us our reward for the Star Tournament. Try to close the app and reopen it and maybe next time it will show up. If you play on two devices it may only show up on one of them, so try the other device as well.
