Did you mean to say you have purchased "Gold Bars" but did not receive those into your game?
Are you playing Candy Crush Saga or some other game?
Because PIX is a third party payment method, King will not be able to deal with the issue. I would suggest you to contact Google Play Support and send them a complaint. You can use this link (click on the Green letters) —> Google Play support.
