I have observed that since June the newly introduced pins haven't come up again, don't know if it's only me or a general issue,but please bring back those pins, they're very helpful and makes the game even more addictive. Thank you.

When was the last time you received the Pins feature? The latest one (second set) appeared on June 11th and the duration was for 8 weeks! Which means, the current edition is not over yet! So, until the timer runs out, new set won't appear!

I finished the candy crush royal with 22 straight wins but I didn’t get the 280 gold what should I do. I contacted support but they sent me here.
I had the Super Color Ball and was on level 14612 (approx) and I never lost it but after playing for a while, it disappeared. So for the last few weeks I've been madly playing, winning games and accruing points to win the 240 gold bars. The tournament ends in 12 hours and I've won all the events and now there is no path to accrue any more points.
