It's good that you have your game ID number. Please contact King Player Support team directly from your game and send them a complaint about the issue.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
