Lost all data - need help

My facebook account got blocked a week ago and I have created an king account.

Now I followed the guide to move the level to the new email account. It didn't work and I had reached level 6495 and now I am back at level 1.

Please help and answer my emails as I have sent multiple once to Candy Crush Saga Customer Care. My user name here is my old customer number.

Hello. Did you contact customer services? To do so you need send them a message using the link in the app or the one shown below. Posting here will not help since this is the players' community and we can only advise.

You need to contact Player Support. Try this link:

If you use this link you ought to get an automated reply at least. I thought everyone gets that! That will give you a ticket number. If you don't hear anything from customer services after that, reply to the automated email. If all else fails, then come back here (but use the Support forum rather than this thread or discussions), and maybe one of the game experts of this community can help you. But generally you'd first need a ticket number.
