My progress wasn't retrieved I am devastated

Hi @Ceb0 If you ever saved your game then your progress is still saved on King's server. So don't be sad, it can be retrieved. Did you uninstall the app or try to load your game onto a new device? Did you save the game via a King account previously? If so then after downloading the app you need to choose the bottom option (Already have a King Account log in with email) on this screen which you can find in settings in the game:

If you still struggle to get your account back or can't remember your login details, please contact player support. They can manually restore an account and should be able to help:
